RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our 14-days warranty

All Dog Supplies, Cat Supplies products take 4 to 6 weeks and comes with a free replacement warranty for 14 days from the date of receiving goods. If your purchase does not match the description or is defective, don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that we deal with the reported issues.

If you received the wrong item, don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payments.

Please take photos or videos of defective products and email us at wholesale.gema@gmail.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

 

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 14 days from receiving your order and will not be valid after the 14th day, and we will not be able to proceed with a refund in case of a delayed report.

To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:

Email wholesale.gema@gmail.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your cause. In the case of approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your package, we will examine it, and a full refund will be issued as requested if the reported issue was found defected or spoiled without the buyer's interference. We will use the email address you have provided at the time of purchase to the email you with a digital copy of the refund receipt. This email address you provided when making your original purchase. In the event of visiting our store to get paid in cash, please do present your receipt.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is released. If you've done none of the mentioned steps was effective, and you still have not received your refund yet, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at: wholesale.gema@gmail.com.

Pets Supplies: Exchanges (if applicable)

Replacing of items only if they were found defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at: wholesale.gema@gmail.com.

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Refund is only valid if the purchased item is not under promotion or sale event.
